1. Role of Delivery Partners
Delivery partners play a critical role in Itnahub’s logistics, ensuring that products ordered through our platform are delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
2. Responsibilities of Delivery Partners
All delivery partners are expected to meet the following standards:
• Timely Delivery: Delivery partners are responsible for adhering to scheduled delivery times and providing accurate tracking information to customers.
• Package Handling: Delivery personnel must handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Tracking and Updates: Real-time tracking must be provided to keep customers informed of their order status. Delivery updates should be made available to both Itnahub and customers.
• Professionalism and Courtesy: Delivery personnel should represent Itnahub with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining a positive experience for customers.
3. Delivery Process for Fulfillment by Itnahub (FBA)
For sellers using FBA, Itnahub manages storage, packaging, and shipping from our warehouses. Our delivery partners are integrated into this process to handle logistics seamlessly.
• Order Collection: Delivery partners collect orders from Itnahub’s fulfillment centers and transport them to the designated delivery addresses.
• Return and Exchange Management: If an order is returned, delivery partners must ensure that items are returned to the correct Itnahub warehouse location.
• Insurance and Liability: Delivery partners may be required to carry insurance for lost or damaged goods during transit, based on specific agreements with Itnahub.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on the delivery partner and shipping location:
• Standard Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for local orders and up to 14 business days for international shipments.
• Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery options, expedited shipping may be available, subject to additional fees and availability.
• Custom Shipping Requirements: For fragile or high-value items, special shipping methods may be employed to ensure safe handling.
5. Customer Communication
Delivery partners must provide clear and timely communication to customers regarding:
• Order Status: Updates on the status of the delivery, including estimated arrival times.

• Return Policy Compliance: Delivery partners must comply with Itnahub’s return policy and follow instructions for returning items to Itnahub’s designated fulfillment centers.
