4. Marketplace Transactions

• Buyers and Sellers: Itnahub provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the items sold or for the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay.

• Payment: All transactions must be conducted through our secure payment methods. We are not liable for any payment issues arising from using third-party services.

• Refunds and Returns: Refunds and returns are subject to each seller’s policies. We recommend reading the seller’s terms before making a purchase.

5. Freelancer and Client Interactions

• Freelance Projects: Itnahub connects freelancers with clients. We are not liable for the work performed or the payments made between clients and freelancers.

• Dispute Resolution: Itnahub provides dispute resolution assistance; however, we are not responsible for the outcome. Users are encouraged to communicate directly to resolve issues.

6. SaaS Services

• License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Itnahub’s SaaS services for business and personal purposes, per their chosen plan.

• Modifications: Itnahub reserves the right to modify or discontinue any SaaS service, and will notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the platform.

7. Fulfillment by Itnahub (FBA)

• Warehousing and Logistics: FBA services are available to sellers on Itnahub, who can store, package, and ship their products through our facilities.

• Fees and Limitations: FBA services may include fees. Users are responsible for understanding and accepting these costs before using FBA services.

• Liability: Itnahub is not liable for damage or loss of goods during storage or shipment, but we will provide support in resolving issues if they arise.

8. Boosting and Advertising

• Campaign Management: Users can boost their listings and run ads on Itnahub to increase visibility. All campaigns must comply with our content and advertising guidelines.

• Fees: Advertising fees vary based on the campaign type and duration. Users are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to these fees before launching campaigns.

• Content Standards: Ads must be truthful, non-deceptive, and adhere to all legal requirements.

9. User-Generated Content

• Ownership and Rights: By posting content on Itnahub, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content on our platform.

• Prohibited Content: Users may not post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Itnahub reserves the right to remove such content and suspend accounts if necessary.

10. Termination of Account

Itnahub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. We may also suspend access to the platform if we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
